Coaches and Directors
Adriana Marmolejo Schack is a coach at Bulldog Swimming. She was a three time Olympian and ranked world top 25 for 10 years in the 200m breaststroke. Currently she coaches women at Yale University.
Robert is starting his
third season with Bulldog Swimming, he is the lead coach for the
Junior group. Under Robert's tutelage, the junior swimmers
have achieved tremendous success, posting 100% best times, earling
top finishes at Age Gorups and Zones. In 2019, Robert was a
finalist CT Age Group Coach of the Year.
Robert swam for Yale as a 500 Free and IM specilaist, during that
time, he received the Harry Burke Award, awarded for
outstanding contribution to Yale swimming by an underclassman. He
graduated from Pine Crest High School in Florida, where he was
state champion, member of the National Honor Society and Junior
Nationals Qualifier.

Jim Henry is the Director of Bulldog Swimming and head coach of Yale Swimming. Coach Henry has coached all levels of swimmer including World Record Holders, Olympians, National Champions and NCAA All-Americans. He currently is the Head Coach of Men and Women’s Swimming & Diving at Yale University.
Now in his 25th season at the helm of the Southern Connecticut State University men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams, Tim Quill has ensured that success is a constant for one of the strongest programs in the nation. Both the men’s and women’s squads have risen to new heights over the course of Quill’s stint.
He is a 23-time Northeast-10 Conference Coach of the Year and six-time Metropolitan Conference Coach of the Year.
As a club coach, Tim produced over 100 USA National top 16 performers including Michaelson, the first Southern swimmer to qualify for the U.S. Olympic trials and once ranked among the top 100-meter butterfly performers in the world.
Quill, a former member of the USA Swimming National Camps committee, was also a speaker at the American Swim Coaches Association world coaches clinic in 2006 and is on the USA National Team coaches list.
Schack has a wealth of experience coaching collegiate swimmers. Getting his start as a volunteer assistant coach at the University of Texas in 2007, he was the assistant coach at Arizona State University and the associate head coach at Northwestern University before joining Crimson Aquatics Boston as the head coach in 2012. In five years at the helm of Crimson Aquatics Boston, Schack coached multiple athletes to the USA National Junior Team, FINA World Junior Championships and also a top-eight finalist at the US Olympic Trials.
